This is one of my favourite images, and shows the Shockwave 7000bhp Dragster as it races towards a sub-7 second quarter mile, after several unsuccessful runs. Due to the speed, deafening noise and the effects of the tear gas produced by the engine, this was a difficult photograph to get and the area it was taken from is now closed off.
